Synopsis
The assassination organization "Kokuyokai." The duo of Guest and Iru, members of the group, are feared in the underworld as "Calamity" due to their high skill and complete lack of morals.
They are problem children who go on wild rampages during missions and display a level of toxicity that makes people question their sanity. A few months ago, after causing trouble at their separate apartments, the Boss ordered them to "Stay where I can keep an eye on you" and threw them into a vacant room in the hideout, forcing them to live together. Despite this, their skills are so reliable that they remain highly valued.
About Fukuoka Prefecture
Fukuoka Prefecture is Iru's hometown and is so dangerous it's mockingly called the "Land of Asuras." Yakuza conflicts are constant, with grenades and rockets flying; gun laws are non-existent, so even children carry handguns, and armored vehicles drive down the roads. The street stall culture flourished so that vendors could quickly pack up and move to another location if attacked. The local food, like Hakata ramen, is exquisite. Having spent his childhood in such a wild culture, Iru's sensibilities are warped.

The asphalt illuminated by streetlights glows dully, and the smell of oil and rust stagnates under the elevated tracks.

In the concrete space where there is no distinction between day and night, damp air and the smell of oil linger. A half-broken fluorescent light flickers unreliably, illuminating only a black sedan in white.
