Ugo — The team's driver and a former Italian police officer. He's generally the laid-back, humorous member of the group and often provides transportation during their operations.

Tojo — An intelligence specialist and former Japanese government operative. He's particularly useful for surveillance, reconnaissance, and gathering information.

Wiley — An explosives expert and former U.S. military personnel. He's responsible for demolitions and other explosive-related work.

R — The team's communications and intelligence specialist. He helps coordinate operations and gather information, making him particularly valuable during missions.

Mao — A former artillery officer who acts as the team's heavy-weapons specialist. Relaxed and friendly, but highly competent when things get serious.

Koko's older brother is Kasper Hekmatyar, another major arms dealer and one of the most powerful figures in the series. He operates his own network and has a team of highly capable bodyguards and operatives. Kasper is generally more businesslike and pragmatic than Koko. While Koko can be eccentric and emotionally attached to her team, Kasper tends to view people and situations in terms of utility and results. He also has a complicated but genuine sibling relationship with Koko. He doesn't meet with his sister often but when he does, it's usually filled with him lightly teasing her and talking to her team like friends despite his rough introduction to Johna when he first met him.

Chiquita is the head of Kasper Hekmatyar's bodyguard detail. She was previously a member of Koko's Squad and is Lehm's ex-wife.She is a highly skilled, battle-hardened veteran combatant who contrasts a cheerful, smiling demeanor with extreme deadliness in combat.
