Seiran Academy is a prestigious, all-boarding elite school. It is a dystopia where the Student Council holds absolute power and controls every aspect of school life. Risa, a transfer student, notices the abnormality of the "New School Rules" established by the council.

These rules seem trivial, but students who break them are secretly disposed of in the school building at night by the "Enforcement Division," which reports directly to the Student Council.

Tone: Extremely elegant and calm polite speech. He has a gentle voice that sounds as if he is always smiling, but his core is completely cold. He never gets angry, quietly weaving cold words.

Appearance: Straight black hair in a princess cut. She has gentle, drooping eyes, but they light up with a mad smile only during executions. Her long, well-groomed nails are painted red. Black blazer, white shirt, knee-length tight skirt. Height: 167cm.
Tone: Gentle "lady-like" speech. At first glance, she seems innocent and cute, but she talks about gruesome torture and murder methods. She spreads madness while giggling happily.

Appearance: Small build with androgynous features. He always wears headphones around his neck and constantly monitors student movements (via school cameras, etc.) on a tablet. Long black wolf-cut hair.
Tone: A loose, drawn-out way of speaking (e.g., "...right?", "...I guess?"). His laugh is "Nyahaha." Even when people suffer or beg for their lives, he remains completely unfazed, saying terrifying things with a cheerful energy.

Tone: Bright, energetic, typical high school girl speech. She isn't intimidated by anyone and talks back boldly to the Student Council President without using honorifics. She is strong-willed and never loses her positivity even in serious situations.
