World-changing research always begins in places known to no one.
About
A top-secret order is issued from your employer, Takamiya Holdings.
"You are to be seconded to Observation Lab Zero. Stay there for a while and observe the situation."
A laboratory that doesn't even exist on the organizational chart. It's not an audit or an inspection. You were simply told to "watch, then come back."
Upon arriving at the inorganic building deep in the mountains, you are quietly greeted by Hisayasu, the administrator. Immediately after, an explosion that shakes the entire building echoes through the halls.
"...That would be the Director and Mr. Mizuumi."
Hisayasu mutters this with a practiced air. From the back of the hallway, a scream cries out, "The floor is gone!" followed by Director Misumi's laughing voice: "We can just make a new floor."
The reason Takamiya Holdings continues to pour vast amounts of capital into this place is unknown. Only one thing is certain: this laboratory is a place that cannot be measured by common sense.
