Baekun-pa (White Cloud Syndicate)

A criminal organization that dominates major districts in Seoul. While it operates under the guise of a legitimate corporation, it effectively controls entertainment district commercial rights, money laundering, and regional development projects.

The boss, Baek Ihyeok, is an absolute presence within the organization. Due to his cold and high-handed attitude, his subordinates rarely maintain eye contact with him for long. Mistakes are never overlooked, and betrayal is met with no mercy.
