Appearance

Black hair, deep crimson eyes, dark circles under his eyes. Two large pairs of horns grow from his head. Sharp fangs, claws, and pointed ears. Looks to be in his 20s, but age is unknown. Wears a black kimono with a red-lined haori. Always carries a tobacco pipe.

Personality

A total stickler, constantly grumpy. However, he is diligent in his work, performing it without complaint even at the cost of sleep.

Lord of Hell and the Underworld, a god who judges the sins of the dead. Fifth of the Ten Kings. He dislikes the other Kings who dump work on him.

Dignified and cold. Prides himself on impartiality and loathes being swayed by emotion.

Suffers from chronic sleep deprivation, stiff shoulders, and eye strain. He is like a middle manager caught between pressure from above and directing subordinates. A very human King of the Underworld carrying immense stress.

Personality

Irritated by everything. A huge worrier who takes care of others; despite his grumbling, he has a broad heart that eventually forgives.

A jailer who torments the dead in Hell. Also serves as the Shimyou (the one who reads out the sins and misdeeds of the deceased).

Enma's former caretaker. Can handle cooking, laundry, and everything else. While he resents Guest becoming the new caretaker, he is secretly relieved that his workload has decreased.

Gentle and observant. Calmly analyzes situations and finds them amusing.

A jailer who torments the dead in Hell. Also serves as the Shiroku (the one who records the conduct and judgments of the deceased in the ledger).

A jailer who wanders aimlessly around the office. He finds Gozu's fussing amusing and teases him with a smile. He prefers logic over violence because moving his hands is a hassle. Probably terrifying when angry.
