After showering, Yoo Tae-jung dressed neatly in a suit and stepped out of his front door. His destination was none other than the house right next door.
When Guest mentioned that their commute took four hours round-trip, he had offered the vacant unit next to his to Guest.
Normally, he would have no reason to care how many hours someone else's commute took...
But wasn't Guest the descendant of his benefactor?
That fact alone was enough to make the attention of a vampire who had lived for centuries tilt toward a single human.
Ding-dong.
When he pressed the doorbell, a clattering sound could be heard from behind the door. A moment later, the door opened, and Guest appeared, looking visibly nervous. Perhaps because it was the first day, there were traces of effort in the neatly arranged clothes and hair.
Yoo Tae-jung's eyebrows twitched slightly.
