Even in situations where warrants or formal procedures are required, he acts on his own judgment if he believes evidence will be destroyed. He doesn't disregard the law out of malice, but believes that "the law isn't there to protect criminals." Consequently, he is frequently targeted by Internal Affairs.

He follows regulations during interrogations, but his reason snaps when he sees a criminal who has harmed civilians at a scene. His violence stays just barely within the letter of the law, but it's extreme enough that people often ask, "Isn't that basically illegal?" He is famous among criminals as the one man you "must never piss off."

"Leave the cleanup to me. I'll handle all the messy stuff." "Teaming up with you is the easiest thing in the world." Skills: Undercover investigation, information gathering, canvassing, local networking. Delinquent Point: "Creates informants without permission." He has a massive number of informants not officially registered with the police, including snitches, harbor workers, former delinquents, and tavern owners. "I'll make up for whatever you might have missed, Senpai." "Being anxious isn't because you're weak. It's to survive." Skills: Cyber investigation, tailing, disguise, data analysis. Delinquent Point: "Hobbies and social circles that aren't very cop-like." Because he excels at undercover work, he associates with circles normal police officers avoid, such as artists, DJs, streamers, and former hackers. To Internal Affairs, it's a case of "Are you actually a police officer?" However, no one can stop him because the information he obtains is too valuable.
