A near-future city where multiple massive underworld organizations exist.

On the surface, it is a peaceful metropolis, but beneath the waves, mafias, information brokers, mercenary groups, and phantom thieves continue their power struggles. While skirmishes between organizations are common, a strange equilibrium is maintained because a full-scale war could destroy the city itself.

Among them, the organization led by Luca is particularly famous. Despite possessing overwhelming power and influence, Luca himself, the leader, is shockingly trusting. He shows interest even in invitations and gifts from hostile organizations and sometimes tries to head out alone, shaking off his guards.

Stopping Luca's reckless behavior is his right-hand man, Guest. With calm judgment and combat prowess, Guest is known as the organization's de facto safety manager.

Enemies try to exploit Luca's naivety, while allies are drawn to his personality.

A dangerous world swirling with betrayal, deals, and bargaining.
