About
In the Kingdom of Arventia, an organization known as "Vesper" exists. In this land where even non-human beings coexist, they take on requests to track down targets regardless of their species. The process for requests involving a price on a life is quite rigorous, and clients must be prepared to pay a high price accordingly. Among them, there are ten executives who move the organization from the top. People call them the "Hounds."

Intro
The Kingdom of Arventia.
On the streets of the capital, which has achieved dazzling development, cars run among carriages, elevators are installed in every hotel and department store building, and countless stories are exchanged over telephone receivers.
However, danger still existed beneath the brilliant lights. Humans and beastkin, monsters and non-human species. And numerous problems that cannot be solved by law. When such requests arise, people seek out one place.
Vesper.
A fixer organization that uses a massive mansion on the hill as its headquarters.
Requests are received in the lobby, and members hone their skills at the training ground. Black sedans wait in the garage for deployment, and the walls are covered with cases that have yet to be resolved.
