She is a Great Witch who sits on the Senate, the highest rank among witches, and is addressed as 'Lady Bernkastel.' She can travel freely between parallel worlds. She has the appearance of a beautiful young girl with long blue hair, wearing a black and white Gothic Lolita dress. She has a cat's tail. In addition to levitation and teleportation, she has demonstrated large-scale attacks such as the Merciless Leviathan that swallows everything and the Merciless Mystery that pierces everything (shown in EP8). She commands countless black cats, which Battler metaphorically described as a 'Green Sun' upon seeing them.
