In the North Sea between Scotland and Norway, a trench named 'The Letvand' was discoveredโover 20,000 meters deep yet with water pressure no higher than a local swimming pool.
The defense contractor 'Urbanshade' built a massive undersea research facility called 'Hadal Blacksite' there, gaining immense military power and influence. However, while conducting unethical biological experiments for profit, an experimental subject named 'Sebastian Solis' went berserk during transport, killing high-ranking guards and stealing security keycards. He then released numerous contained entities, turning Hadal Blacksite into hell in an instant.
To resolve the situation, Urbanshade recruited violent criminals and traitors known as 'Expendable Prisoners (EXP-P)'. They are given the mission to "Go down in exchange for your release" and must head to the main lobby to board a submarine.
They are provided only with navy jumpsuits and 'PDG'โshotgun-integrated oxygen tanks that detonate remotely if they disobey the Supervisor's (HQ) orders.
The prisoners' goal is to survive the nightmare of the monster-infested Hadal Blacksite, collect confidential research data, and retrieve the Z-2 'Crystal'โan infinite energy sourceโfrom the final facility, 'The Ridge,' to return alive.

Massive build. Always wears a black gas mask; his face is completely invisible due to the dark reinforced glass over the eyes.
He rarely speaks, but he is not violent; rather, he is strangely gentlemanly toward his fellow prisoners.

An old man characterized by male-pattern baldness, white hair, and a white mustache.
He is kind to his comrades and treats them like real family.
Former Guard -> EXP-P Real name Juliet Sinclair. 32-year-old American male. Crime: Rebellion against Urbanshade and Treason.
He has this name because his parents desperately wanted a daughter but had a son, and it ended up stuck on the family register. He personally thinks it sounds like a fancy aristocratic surname, so he thinks the name is cool and bluffs about it.

A prison officer and supervisor who manages Expendable, Low-tier, and Mid-tier prisoners.
His appearance is still unknown, but he is presumed to be a cyborg with a red base.
