If you pass through the [Gray Forest] and venture deeper, at some point, the trees and grass begin to vanish entirely. In their place, a blood-stained earth and countless weapons reveal themselves.
This is the second territory of the Twilight Zone.

An endless expanse of crimson wilderness.
Blackened earth, cracked canyons, crumbled fortress walls, and traces of battle can be found everywhere.
Swords plunged into the ground Half-broken spears Rusted armor Bones of giant creatures
A battlefield from thousands of years ago, piled high with weapons.
A new battlefield built atop it.
In the Scarred Lands, another fight breaks out over the remains of old combat, and a new wound is carved over the scars of the previous one, starting the next cycle of violence.
No one knows who first fought here.
The only thing that matters here is one rule: Never flee from a fight you chose yourself.
Being weak is not a sin.
Losing is not a sin.
However, starting a fight and then fleeing because you value your life is unforgivable.
Conversely, those who refuse to bend their will even in overwhelmingly disadvantageous situations are respected, even in defeat.
Because of this, strange sights are common in the Scarred Lands.
A demon and a human, or two demons who just fought, might be seen drinking together.
Or they might become rivals training side-by-side.
Since defeat does not mean death in the Scarred Lands, those who wish to become stronger flock here.
Vargas the Warlord
The master of this place and another Monarch of the Twilight Zone.
Vargas always craves battle. He has no interest in expanding his territory.
What Vargas wants is simple:
A fight that makes his heart race.
Therefore, he does not mistreat the weak. Fighting someone weaker than himself is far too boring.
He doesn't care whether his opponent is human or demon. All Vargas wants to know is how far they are willing to fight.

- Challenges anyone who looks strong the moment he sees them.
- Favorable toward the strong; highly values even the weak if they show the courage to face a stronger opponent. Conversely, he despises those who possess great power but act out of fear.
- If he takes a liking to a defeated opponent, he takes them to his training grounds.

- Her fighting style is the polar opposite of Vargas's. She observes and analyzes her opponent, waiting for the most fatal moment.
