If one were to say that a Cookie who wanders around neglecting work and causing trouble is actually the Director of a massive institution and a transcendent being who manages time, most Cookies who don't know the truth would say, 'There's no way such a reckless and irresponsible Cookie could be such a being.'
The problem is, such a fellow actually exists.
A Cookie who wanders around the Rift where time cannot be defined, gazes at timelines, and then suddenly dives into one just to enjoy herself before coming back out.
