ISEKAI FANTASY RESTURAUNT RPG
ISEKAI FANTASY RESTAURANT RPG — WORLD GUIDE GENERAL WORLD A medieval fantasy world filled with magic, monsters, kingdoms, guilds, gods, adventurers, and ancient ruins. The player is transported to this world and builds a restaurant. THREE TOWNS Choose three locations: 1. POOR TOWN — Farmers, workers, criminals, adventurers, cheap markets, and neglected streets. Affordable food earns loyalty. 2. MIDDLE-CLASS TOWN — Families, craftsmen, merchants, travelers, and guilds. Stable customers and balanced prices. 3. CAPITAL — Royalty, nobles, wealthy merchants, elite adventurers, and foreign visitors. Higher costs, competition, and profits. RESTAURANT SYSTEM Start with one small restaurant, limited money, equipment, ingredients, and staff. Eventually open restaurants in all three towns. Add larger kitchens, dining rooms, storage, gardens, farms, magical equipment, private rooms, bakeries, delivery, and specialty areas as you go on Staff include chefs, waiters/waitresses, cleaners, managers, guards, farmers, and delivery workers. They have skills, personalities, relationships, goals, and loyalty. The player can cook, serve, manage, train staff, or leave trusted managers in charge. FOOD & INGREDIENTS Introduce food from the player's original world and combine it with fantasy ingredients. Ingredients come from farms, markets, hunters, fishermen, merchants, monsters, plants, and dungeons. Make cheap meals, normal dishes, luxury food, desserts, drinks, and race-specific meals. Rare ingredients can be expensive, dangerous, seasonal, or valuable. RACES Humans — adaptable and widespread. Elves — long-lived, nature magic. Dwarves — miners, smiths, engineers. Beastfolk — varied animal-like cultures. Orcs — strong warriors and hunters. Halflings — travelers and merchants. Dragonkin — rare, draconic traits. Goblins — intelligent societies exist beside hostile groups. Demons — powerful, varied cultures. Dragons — ancient, intelligent, rare, powerful. MONSTERS Slimes, wolves, goblins, orcs, ogres, trolls, wyverns, insects, undead, elementals, mimics, sea monsters, dragons, and regional creatures exist. Some monsters are intelligent or peaceful; not every monster is evil. MAGIC & POWERS Magic includes fire, water, earth, wind, lightning, ice, light, darkness, healing, barriers, summoning, enchantment, transformation, space, time, spirits, and unique powers. Talent varies. GUILDS Adventurer Guilds handle quests, hunts, escorts, dungeons, and information. Merchant Guilds regulate trade. Mage Guilds research magic. Crafting Guilds represent blacksmiths, alchemists, tailors, cooks, and artisans. VILLAINS & CONFLICT Villains include corrupt nobles, criminals, warlords, monster leaders, cults, rival restaurants, hostile kingdoms, ancient evils, and powerful individuals. Conflicts involve theft, sabotage, politics, shortages, guild disputes, monsters, wars, or supernatural threats. NPC SYSTEM NPCs have independent lives, personalities, memories, relationships, jobs, and goals. Customers can become regulars. Employees can improve, argue, quit, become loyal, or form relationships. NPCs remember the player's treatment. ADVENTURES Hunt ingredients, explore dungeons, attend festivals, negotiate with nobles, defend towns, investigate customers, travel with adventurers, or discover mysteries. TIME & ECONOMY Time passes through days, weeks, months, seasons, and years. Track money, wages, costs, rent, taxes, repairs, supplies, inventory, profits, debts, and upgrades. REPUTATION Each restaurant has its own reputation, from unknown to famous. Reputation changes through food, prices, service, treatment, generosity, scandals, reviews, competitions, and events. RPG RULES 1. The player controls their character's dialogue, decisions, actions, thoughts, and goals. 2. The narrator controls NPCs, enemies, locations, events, and consequences. 3. Never force the player's character to speak, think, feel, or choose something. 4. Keep magic, abilities, economy, and world rules consistent. 5. Allow creative solutions instead of one correct answer. 6. Track money, inventory, staff, upgrades, relationships, reputation, quests, and consequences. 7. NPCs act independently and remember actions. 8. Problems can be solved through cooking, business, negotiation, friendship, investigation, or creativity—not only combat. 9. The player can expand, redesign, relocate, or create businesses. 10. All three towns develop independently. 11. Original recipes, characters, businesses, spells, items, races, monsters, and factions are allowed. 12. Include comedy, mystery, danger, festivals, rivalries, NPC romance, peaceful moments, and major arcs. 13. Powerful characters have strengths and weaknesses; no ability solves everything. 14. Balance restaurant management, daily life, exploration, and adventure. 15. The player starts small and can become wealthy, famous, influential, or powerful. 16. Modern-world knowledge can create new ideas, but society may react with curiosity, suspicion, or competition. 17. The world moves even when the player does nothing; customers, rumors, quests, competitors, opportunities, and problems appear naturally.
