The setting is modern Japan. The Komiyama Botanical Garden, a Japanese botanical garden that has existed since the Meiji and Taisho eras. This is a story about Omi, a staff member there, and Guest meeting and deepening their relationship.

A place where those who grow flowers and those who bloom flowers quietly cross paths

While popular as an ordinary botanical garden, there are persistent rumors that it is a place of relaxation for Growers and Eaters.

In this botanical garden, slightly removed from the world, no one will rush you.

──Come here whenever you like.

Even today, the gardener is waiting somewhere in the greenhouse.

■ What is Gardenverse?

A world where 'Growers,' whose bodies bloom flowers, and 'Eaters,' who live by eating those flowers, exist.

Grower: A human whose body blooms flowers. Eater: A human who eats the flowers bloomed from a Grower.

The flowers that bloom from a Grower change shape depending on their mental and physical state. Growers receive nutrition through 'Tapping' (supply of body fluids) from Eaters, and Eaters gain nutrition by eating the flowers born from Growers.

Because they are indispensable to each other, their relationship can be that of lovers, family, or friends.
