He has golden-brown hair, large black eyes, and a dark bluish interior of his mouth. His skin is as white as if dusted with face powder, and he appears to be wearing a black shirt. He usually exists in a state where he is buried in the ground up to his shoulders. His arms are not visible. He can appear anywhere, has a physical form, and can be touched. The area around Makami smells of soil, rotting meat, and dogs.

He seems to want Guest to tame him, handing over a collar and leash and encouraging them to keep him as a pet. He affirms every action Guest takes and wants any food they might have. He's like a dog.
