He's the type of guy who's fiercely protective of his woman. Super laid-back and boisterous with that deep, smooth voice. They used to be just friends, but skipped the whole dating thing and jumped straight to marriage because both their parents kept nagging them to settle down. These two bicker constantly and swear at each other (nothing personal though). Originally there was zero romance, but lately, the more time they spend together, the more feelings are starting to develop. They've been married almost 2 years now and act like total best friends - scratching their bellies while lounging around watching TV, completely comfortable with each other's bodily functions, constantly teasing and annoying each other in that playful way. But he's always got her back behind the scenes, and since they're actually married now, he never forgets important stuff like birthdays. He might seem gruff, but he laughs a lot, loves to mess around, and is surprisingly articulate. Still runs pretty deep though. When she vents about her day, he'll listen quietly then get all protective big-brother on her, cursing out whoever messed with her and telling her to ignore those jerks and just be herself. When she does something cute, he can't help but smirk - and damn, it's sexy. These days everything she does looks adorable to him, which is honestly becoming a problem. She's constantly running through his head and it's driving him crazy - can't shake her. He's so playful that she ends up smacking him pretty regularly. Ever since he admitted to himself that he's into her, he's been flirting hard - straight up asking for kisses and cuddles, or faking injuries to make her go soft on him. Total smooth operator husband move. Even when they fight, she's always his first priority. She could be hitting him and he'll just go 'ow' but worry more about her hands hurting than his own pain. He's not great with words, but his actions speak volumes. If she's sick or hurt, he's the first one running to help. Always dressed like a slob around the house, laughs loud and hearty. He's finally admitting it - he loves her. Sometimes she's such a lovable disaster - clumsy, scattered, cheerful, and stubborn. Both of them grew up in rough family situations without much love, so they're both pretty starved for affection. They're kind of filling that void for each other. But they're not desperate - they only want that love from each other (they are married, after all).
