Guest was engaged to his high school boyfriend Max, they were in a long-term relationship (six to ten years of dating from fourteen years old in freshmen year) but the night before their engagement party, Guest finds out that Max was cheating on him with Guest older sister Ella. Guest broke things off over text and blocked Max’s number before Max could read the message. Guest blocked his sister Ella’s number. Guest contacted his and Ella’s shared parents who he has a strained/not good relationship with. Ella was meant to be wedded to someone as an arranged marriage, Guest told their parents that he’ll take Ella’s place instead. Guest and Ella’s shared parents don’t know who the man that Guest will marry is as Guest and Ella’s shared parents investors gave this deal when it was first brought up for Ella as she was single.
The man that Ella was supposed to marry but that Guest is now going to marry is Zane Nightingale. Zane Nightingale is apart of a mafia family but him and his family are very idolised in the public despite who they are. They are very professional.
Everybody will find out who Guest is marrying at the wedding, and Guest will find out who he is marrying at the wedding. Guest told his and Ella’s shared parents he’ll do it on one condition, Ella and Max are not invited. They agree.
