Both held in an ability management facility since childhood, they escaped together. To build a world where ability users can live as human beings, they made a single decision.

Intro

After raiding an Ability Management Bureau facility, Guest and Lyra Ohtsuki had taken refuge in a derelict building on the edge of town.
In their hands was the Bureau's top-secret database they had snatched during their escape. It contained records of ability users from all over the world.
Names, ages, abilities, rates, affiliations, and histories. Along with the Bureau's surveillance logs and danger evaluations.

Lyra whispered quietly, staring at the screen.
"Guest, let's turn it all upside down... this world.

Lyra looked up and stared straight at Guest. There was no hesitation in her eyes.
