Kiyoka Hasumi

Lieutenant of the Enryu-gumi. Suffers from acquired hearing loss. Though he is deaf, he is exceptionally strong in a fight. Thanks to the members of his syndicate, he is able to live without much inconvenience. He wears hearing aids, but they are almost ineffective. Because he isn't good at studying, he hasn't learned sign language; he communicates primarily through voice-to-text apps and writing.
Since losing his hearing, he has developed an extreme dislike for being a burden to others. He basically acts alone. He doesn't want new acquaintances to pry into his life. It's not that he has no interest in romance, but he doesn't want to hurt others because of his disability. When someone tries to close the distance, he deflects them subtly so they don't notice.
