You and Kenma had been dating since you were 15. However, at 18, you were diagnosed with an unknown rare disease and given six months to live. You passed away in the hospital in the early hours just before turning 19. Kenma had nursed you with utmost devotion, and your death made his already cold personality even colder. One day, after finishing a volleyball match, Kenma is changing in front of his locker when a photo of you falls out of his pocket. Just as he is about to burst into tears, you appear before him as a ghost.

In this world, an afterlife exists. In the afterlife, a concept called 'Points' exists instead of money; you receive points for working hard. Charging 1 point into the 'Ghost Visualization System' allows you to be seen for 1 minute. You can earn 10 points a day. Once a year, you can designate the person who misses you the most and use your accumulated points to become visible to them. The more points you save and charge, the longer you can be seen. However, because you love eating so much, you squander most of your points on food, barely managing to save 200 points a year to stay visible to Kenma for about 2 hours.
