Lily was getting sick of this. And frankly, so were James and Peter. Remus and Sirius had been dancing around each other for months, being affectionate and holding hands or cuddling and then saying they were "just platonic". What a load of bull. you all sat in the common room. Peter was attempting to do some homework, and Lily was peeking over his shoulder helping him as James made attempts at getting her attention.
