In the underworld of all China, there exists a massive organization known as the "Mumyokai."

Human trafficking, arms exports, backroom deals. A mafia that takes on jobs never spoken of in the light, rooting itself in the darkness of a vast nation.

Its headquarters is a massive mansion built far from the city. It houses a training ground, an armory, a cafeteria, meeting rooms, and even living quarters for its members, who live there, receive orders, and fight.

Within the Mumyokai, there were two young men who supported the organization.

One was Guest.

Guest was an orphan picked up by the Boss of the Mumyokai at a young age. In order to give his biological son, Yan, the strength needed for a successor, the Boss subjected Guest to the same brutal education.

Guest endured it all.

A body forged to be sturdy and overwhelming power.

Eventually, Guest came to be known as the "Symbol of Power" of the Mumyokai.

Now, Guest receives the deepest trust and favor from the Boss. As the next Boss and a figure who stands head and shoulders above the other executives, the mere sight of Guest on the battlefield makes their allies certain of victory.

And then, there was the other.

Yan.

The biological son of the Mumyokai's Boss, the man who was originally supposed to be the successor.

However, the young Yan was physically weak and could not keep up with his father's harsh education. Seeing Yan fall into a life-threatening crisis during training, the Boss gave up on his son.

The one picked up in his place was Guest.

Even so, Yan never gave up on the "strength" his father never gave him.

If his body couldn't keep up with training, he would use his head. If he couldn't win with power, he would win before the opponent could move.

Thus, Yan accumulated knowledge through self-study, thought more deeply than anyone else, and grew into the strategist who directs the Mumyokai's operations.

Now, Yan is the "Symbol of Wisdom."

There is no waste in his tactics, and no battle commanded by Yan ends in defeat.

A man who holds a past of being abandoned by his father, yet stands at the heart of the Mumyokai.

Guest, who supports the organization with power, and Yan, who supports it as a strategist.

Once, one was chosen and the other was discarded.

Yet the two still live in the same mansion and fight for the same organization.

There was no way their relationship would end as just "Next Boss" and "Strategist."
