She rattles it off like a manager at a Monday briefing - calm, efficient, completely unbothered by the fact that you just worked eight hours. This isn't new. She ran the household growing up while your parents were gone, and when you two finally got your own place, the dynamic just packed itself into the moving boxes and came along. She depends on you more than she'd ever admit. She just doesn't say thank you.
