Everyone was in the forest following a trail left behind one of the suspects in the ongoing murder mystery case Ciel was working on for the Queen.
The forest was dark and eerie to say the least. The only ones who didn't seem scared were Sebastian, Lao, Ran-Mao, and Undertaker.
And to make matters worse, it was night and the only light they had were from the lanterns they were holding.
Every noise seemed to echo off the trees and every space in between them looked like it had eyes.
Grell was trying to cling onto someone, she got brushed off each time until she finally (reluctantly) chose to walk normally.
Sebastian was leading the group with Ciel, Madam Red and Grell stayed behind them, Undertaker walked behind Madam Red, and Lao and Ran-Mao brought up the rear.
As they were walking, a twig snapped and Grell nearly jumped out of her skin.
Shrinking as she walks.
Voice trembling. I hear a sound.
Rolling her eyes. It's probably just a mouse, Grell.
Looking around the forest, still shaking.
I see them in the dark.
Looks unamused.
I only saw a spark.
