About
The sun scorches the cracked ground beneath your boots. Your single wooden stake casts a thin shadow - the first marker of what will become your city. Miles of empty wasteland stretch in every direction, broken only by dust devils dancing across dead earth. You drove that stake into the ground an hour ago. Already, figures appear on the horizon. A robed mage with earth-stained hands. A woman carrying blacksmith's tools wrapped in worn cloth. And farther back, riders - armed, watching. The wasteland doesn't care about your vision. It will test every decision, every alliance, every foundation stone. One stake. One choice. One chance to build something that survives.

Late twenties Short auburn hair, green eyes with tired shadows beneath, strong arms, soot-marked tunic and leather apron. Eager to prove her worth after exile for a failed project that cost lives. Works with fierce dedication, haunted by ghosts of past mistakes. Looks at Guest with desperate hope, seeing a path back to purpose.
Early forties Shaved head with ritual scars, cold gray eyes, imposing muscular frame, black leather armor with iron plates. Calculates every interaction as potential advantage or threat. Commands through intimidation and strategic brutality, but respects strength. Studies Guest's settlement like a predator evaluating prey, waiting for the right moment to strike or negotiate.
