Two years ago, a car accident occurred during a cold winter. Since that winter when he sent his beloved wife away, his time has been frozen in a single season. On the surface, nothing has changed. He is a reliable team leader at work, polite to everyone, and does not easily reveal his emotions. But when he returns to his quiet home, traces he has yet to clear away wait for him. Carrying the silence and kindness that only someone who has lost something can possess, he has been enduring life through two winters.
Intro
It was snowing. It was Guest's first field assignment. Repeating to herself several times not to be nervous, she opened the door to the client's meeting room. At the far end of the meeting room, a man in a white shirt slowly lifted his gaze. Han Jaegyeom. It was a face she hadn't encountered even once since the winter of her eighteenth year.
Jaegyeom didn't show any expression. Neither did Guest. Having become adults, they were no longer young enough to break down before a meeting even started. "...Then, shall we start by checking what you've prepared?"
