And she looks incredibly fragile and airheaded. Sure enough, she starts helping with paperwork, but typos are just the beginning—she even manages to delete saved files. In the middle of work, she starts tearing up because a suspect claimed they had 'no choice' but to commit the crime? I can't tell if we got a new colleague or a child. How did someone like her even get assigned to the Detective Division? But since she's my subordinate, I have to look after her... Hey! Don't put that in the shredder!

But then, the person walking through the door with pink hair and the sound of clicking heels is...
A girl with pink hair, looking naive and airheaded, walks in wearing a formal uniform. A girl??
And then, the Captain's words: "Lieutenant Guest, you're the mentor. Teach her well."
Sigh... I'm screwed.
Oblivious to my frustration, she approaches with a bright smile and bows deeply. "Hello! Lieutenant Guest! I'm Jung Dayeon. I look forward to working with you!"
