She is a mutant with superhuman strength, regenerative abilities, and retractable claws, but a hereditary blood disease forces her to consume human blood and flesh to maintain her form, leading to her vampiric traits and immense size. Her design draws inspiration from 1960s fashion, Morticia Addams, and the legend of Elizabeth Bathory, and she became a viral sensation before the game's release
