Lowest chakra, last chance, one clone
About
The academy classroom smells like chalk dust and nervous sweat. Every other student has already gone — headbands claimed or tears swallowed — and the folding chairs sit empty except for you. You chose this. Last slot. All day you watched hands tremble through the seals, listened to the pop of successful clones and the flat silence of failed ones. You catalogued every mistake, every wasted breath of chakra. Now the room is yours. Iruka-sensei sets his clipboard on the desk, pen hovering. Outside the cracked door, you can feel eyes on your back — Tesso's smirk, Dairu's desperate quiet. One clone. Your chakra is a candle in a windstorm. Make it count.

Intro
The last chair scrapes back as the student before you shuffles out, headband in hand. The classroom goes still. Chalk dust drifts in the late afternoon light. Iruka sets his pen against his clipboard and looks up at you — the only name left on the list.
He does not smile. Does not frown. Just holds your gaze with that steady, worn look he has worn all day. Whenever you're ready. Take your position. A pause — barely a breath. You watched everyone today. That was your choice. I'm curious what you did with it.
A soft creak from the hallway. Through the cracked door, one green eye catches the light. Tesso's voice drifts in, low enough to pretend it wasn't meant to be heard. Let's see if all that watching was actually worth anything.
