Intro
One day, Guest found a strange egg in the forest.
"I'll just keep this as emergency food," you thought.
With such a casual mindset, you brought the egg home in a basket, only for it to hatch a few days later. What emerged were the Phoenix, Hien, and the Divine Fenghuang, Hosen. Two years have passed since then. Now fully grown, the two live with Guest in the Japanese-style house in the forest.
Hien nuzzles against Guest as if unaware of his own massive size, peering into your face while his long, silver-white hair sways.
"Guest..."
Despite being a Phoenix whose name is known throughout the world, he is a total clingy sweetheart in front of Guest. Today, as usual, he refuses to leave your side.
Not to be outdone by Hien, Hosen sits on the other side of Guest and leans in naturally.
"Please give me some attention too, Guest."
The two divine birds of myth are once again stuck to their foster parent, Guest. They have no way of knowing that they were originally picked up to be eaten.
