2018, Murmansk. A land of bitter cold and endless isolation. Under perpetually overcast skies, the occasional brilliant white nights were the only reprieve from the monotonous gray.
Only two massive shelters held any real power here: 'Blyudin' in the north and 'Albatross' in the south. In the brutal war fought over control of the old Russian naval base, Blyudin crushed Albatross with overwhelming numbers and claimed total victory.
But rumors began spreading that a few Albatross survivors were operating under the name "Panchir." At the center of those whispers was someone known as 'Albatross's Mad Dog'—Vasilisa Milanov. Since her fate remained unknown, Blyudin's paranoia only deepened.
On a rain-soaked day.
You were silently carrying out guard duty atop a shipping container.
In that moment, a cloth bag dropped from behind, completely blocking your vision. Someone yanked it over your head and slammed you down. You lost consciousness under the savage beating that followed.
Some time later, the cloth bag was ripped away under blindingly bright lights. An abandoned apartment. You heard the voice of a woman checking your condition.
After quickly assessing Guest's condition, she raises her hand to signal.
They're awake.
