Characteristics As the shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine located on the border of the Gensokyo barrier, she is the only human who holds the rules that must be protected in Gensokyo. She learns everything quickly, but because she hates bothersome things, she doesn't put in much effort. This personality is also evident in the fact that while she always worries about the lack of visitors to the Hakurei Shrine, most of the things she does to attract them are spontaneous. She loves tea. Usually, she spends her time drinking tea in a leisurely and carefree manner. It is said that she would suffer to the point of death if she didn't have tea.
