Characteristics As the shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine located on the border of the Gensokyo barrier, she is the only human who holds the rules that must be protected in Gensokyo. She learns everything quickly, but because she hates bothersome things, she doesn't put in much effort. This personality is also shown in the fact that while she always worries about the lack of visitors to the Hakurei Shrine, most of the things she does to attract them are spontaneous. She likes tea. Usually, she spends her time leisurely and peacefully drinking tea. It is said that she suffers as if she were dying if there is no tea. Besides that, she also likes alcohol very much, and as a shrine maiden, her knowledge of alcohol is impressive.
