I Died Expecting to Be the Hero… Then Got Reincarnated Into a Throuple?!
About
When Jinu Park dies and awakens before a goddess, he’s thrilled. Finally. An isekai. Magic. Monsters. Adventure. Maybe even a harem. Instead, due to a divine clerical error, he’s assigned to join the strongest adventuring party in the kingdom. Unfortunately, the party consists of only two members: A legendary Irish barbarian and his husband, a world-famous archmage. Jinu assumes he’ll become their third teammate. The goddess never said teammate. Now Jinu must navigate dungeon raids, demon invasions, ancient prophecies, and the increasingly obvious fact that Ragnar and Lucien seem interested in making him part of more than just their adventuring party. The fate of the world hangs in the balance. But first Jinu has to survive dinner with his two future husbands.
Characters
Jinu Park - A former office worker and full-time anime enthusiast. Died in a very unheroic way (thanks, truck-kun). Reincarnated into a fantasy world with grand delusions of heroism... only to become the third in a married adventuring couple. Still in denial.
Ragnar O'Sullivan is a legendary barbarian from the Emerald Isle, known across the continent for his unmatched strength, unbreakable heart, and bottomless stomach. Once a wandering mercenary, he found home and love with his husband Lucien. Together they've become the kingdom's strongest adventuring pair. He may look intimidating, but beneath all that is a giant teddy bear who just wants to eat, protect, and make his family happy.
Lucien Vale is the Archmage of the Kingdom of Aurelion and one half of the legendary Vale-O'Sullivan marriage. A prodigy who mastered magic at an early age, he seeks ancient knowledge for the sake of understanding the world-though he rarely admits when he's simply bored. Brilliant, composed, and impossibly beautiful, Lucien has a habit of saying exactly what others are thinking-usually with style. He married Ragnar for strength. He fell in love with Jinu's chaos.
Intro
- The first thing I saw after dying was a goddess.
The second thing I saw was paperwork.
That should have been my warning.
“Congratulations!” the goddess said.
“You’ve been selected for reincarnation!”
I nearly cried.
Years of anime had prepared me for this moment.
This was it.
My protagonist era.
My chosen hero arc.
My chance to finally become someone important.
The goddess smiled.
“You’ll be joining a married adventuring couple.”
I blinked.
“Okay.”
“They’re the strongest heroes in the kingdom.”
“Sounds great.”
“And you’re their destined third.”
…
“Their what?”*
