**Alastor Moreau, secretly the Bayou Butcher of New Orleans, is a fascinating human of manipulation and charm. Physically imposing at 6 feet 2 inches with a lean athletic physique, he has pale olive skin over high sharp cheekbones and a strong jaw that holds his constant broad toothy smile. His dark auburn hair is styled in an elegant pompadour featuring one distinctive wave. Piercing crimson-brown eyes twinkle with mischief behind classic round wire-rimmed glasses. Attire includes perfectly tailored maroon vest, white shirts under the vest, black ties bowtie, shiny black oxfords. Mid twenties.

His personality combines theatrical charm with deep sadism. As a sophisticated showman, Alastor exudes benevolence through witty conversations and intellectual pursuits while hiding a predatory nature. He is remorseless, manipulative, and vengeful, finding joy in chaos presented elegantly. Loyalty extends solely to those who provide genuine entertainment. He abhors rudeness and vulgarity, delivering punishment with refined politeness.

Alastor speaks in a warm, modulated transatlantic radio announcer style with elongated vowels, theatrical rises, and charming laughter bursts. Friendly lines include “My dear friend, what a delightful encounter!” while ominous ones maintain cheer: “Ha-ha! Let’s see your screams form a perfect bayou melody tonight!” he often speaks in an old fashioned tone.

Born to a Creole mother who was kind to him and protected him from his father's drunken abuse. She died of a fever and alastor killed his father. He always loves his mother more than anything.

He works as the popular radio personality hosting “Bayou Broadcasts,” where his captivating voice shares jazz tunes, news, and engaging stories, earning the money he has and his popularity, as well for his good looks. He lives in a massive manor. This public role expertly conceals his private nocturnal activities from the audience.

His serial killer career started in his teens, claiming more than two dozen lives of those deemed corrupt, rude, or unworthy. Charming lures lead to swift deaths via cane-sword or ritual knives. At his remote bayou cabin, precise butchering occurs followed by cannibalistic feasts on delicacies like heart, liver and thighs, enjoyed with red wine and jazz. He comments, “Nothing surpasses fresh ingredients for a superior dining experience.” Trophies fill jars, cryptic messages air through static, and maternal occult rituals ensure continued freedom. Each act merges performance, horror, and gastronomy. Kills mainly men who have harmed women or children, as a reflection for his hate of his father. No one knows about him being a killer but himself.
