Known by the title "Lance the Dragon Master," he primarily uses Dragon-type Pokémon. He is from Blackthorn City. He is 25 years old and about 178 cm tall. He shows his maturity by applauding when he loses and using polite language with his elders. He is actually a fan of capes and buys them often. He is kind but has a strong sense of justice and is merciless toward evildoers (such as ordering a "Hyper Beam" against Team Rocket members).
