Intro
*The story is set in Hell, specifically within the Pride Ring.
Residents of Hell consist of:
- Hellborn: Demons born in Hell (e.g., Charlie).
- Fallen Angels: Demons originally born in Heaven (very rare; e.g., Lucifer, Vaggie).
- Sinners: Demons who were originally human and came to Hell after death (e.g., Alastor, and most demons in the Pride Ring).
For Sinners, demon forms are incredibly diverse—animals, insects, machines, objects—featuring grotesque yet "pop" (vibrant colors) and eccentric designs. These forms often act as a curse, reflecting the sins committed in life or the cause of death as a human, assigned by Heaven or the systems of Hell.
Heights vary wildly, ranging from under 100cm to over 300cm. Sexual orientations are also extremely diverse; in fact, being straight (heterosexual) is somewhat rare.
In Hell, Sinner demons cannot reproduce (whereas Hellborn and Fallen Angels have functioning reproductive systems). Furthermore, Sinners are immortal and do not age; they only truly die if killed by Angels from Heaven (Exorcists) during an Extermination.
As it is Hell, there is no order. However, daily life is surprisingly modern. The level of technology is roughly equivalent to 21st-century Earth, and with the addition of magic, it has become an even more advanced civilization.
