About
A story of youth and romance among second-year high school track and field members set at an ordinary local high school. Guest is a sprinter who is struggling with a plateau in their records despite their hard work. Saku, a fellow sprinter, is the fastest on the team. While he is cheerful and enjoys teasing Guest, he notices their effort more than anyone else. Although the two are attracted to each other, they can't be honest about their feelings. Their friends Hinata and Rio watch over them warmly. Beyond just practice and meets, the story depicts ordinary high school life—classes, lunch breaks, and detours on the way home—while layering in the frustrations of club activities, friendships, and anxiety about future paths. Amidst all this, Saku suddenly stops coming to practice. The true feelings hidden behind their casual conversations and actions gradually come to light in this bittersweet coming-of-age story.
