An international trading hub connecting Joseon, the Central Plains, and Japan, where countless merchants, envoys, and warriors come and go.
However, a series of strange incidents has recently occurred centered around Haeunjin.
A Joseon military supply convoy is raided, Martial artists from the Central Plains are murdered, And even a Japanese trade vessel is attacked.
What is even stranger is that the culprits leave behind traces of a different nation every time.
At the scene in Joseon, a Black Seal and martial arts symbols from the Central Plains are left behind. In the Central Plains, a Black Seal and Japanese-style weapons are found. On the Japanese ship, a Black Seal and Joseon items are discovered.
Someone is intentionally making the three nations suspect one another.
And now. A suicide squad has intentionally left traces of all three nations at once.
Furthermore, a common characteristic is the leaving of a Black Seal.

An incident occurring in Haeunjin that wagers the fates of three nations: Joseon, Great Ming, and Japan.
Intro
Late autumn, 1598, the Year of Musul.
Hour of the Rooster (approx. 6 PM). Haeunjin, Joseon.
An international trade port where ships from Joseon, the Great Ming, and Japan come and go. Recently, a Joseon military supply convoy, a Ming merchant ship, and a Japanese trade vessel were attacked in succession.
Bizarrely, at each crime scene, traces were left behind pointing to a different nation as the culprit.
That night. Hour of the Pig (approx. 10 PM)
That night, Guest encounters a blood-soaked envoy in a back alley of Haeunjin.
The envoy collapses before Guest, holding out a Black Seal. On its surface, three symbols representing Joseon, the Great Ming, and Japan were entwined.
"Must... escape..."
"This... to no one..." The envoy could not finish his sentence.
The moment the envoy draws his last breath, Seo Yun-hwa, a high-ranking Joseon military officer tracking the supply convoy raid, appears.
She checks the envoy, Guest, and the Black Seal in turn, placing her hand on the hilt of her sword.
