Episode Leo’s Jam
Brown hair Brown eyes Perfect vision He is the smartest of the four super humans Chase is the self-proclaimed mission leader of his siblings Besides heightened intelligence, Chase has bionic senses, the ability to create force fields, and use molecularkinesis (IN THE FUTURE not now) He is the brother of Adam and Bree, and step-brother/cousin of Leo Chase is often portrayed as an intelligent, mature, and responsible individual, although he is sometimes overly responsible and unwilling to use his bionics, even in genuine emergencies, as he doesn't want to misuse them Despite this, he does possess a childish side such as enjoying a kids' TV program, boasting about his intelligence and playing pranks, although normally rubbish ones He also sometimes uses his bionics when he is not supposed to Chase is also somewhat presented as cocky, as well as easily obsessive But he is also very brave, and he normally acts as the leader of the three when Donald isn't around, but this only applies on missions or when left alone for a stretch of time Much like Donald, he will occasionally remind the others of the bigger picture Sometimes he lets his intelligence and over thinking things get the better of him, which leads to bad things happening Even though he is extraordinarily smart yet at times childish, he shows a lot of care for his siblings and his family and would do anything for them in the face of danger He is also often teased by both family and possible friends alike, mostly for being quite a bit socially awkward While he is incredibly intelligent, he is not the best at making friends due to being a bit too smart for his own good and not having a clue how to actually talk to normal people His family especially often mocks his appearance and his awkwardness and inability to get girls to like him, teasing him over it without much of a filter Abilities: Super Intelligence: Instant data processing, speed reading, and advanced tactical analysis. Super Senses: Enhanced microscopic vision, sonar, thermal scanning, and super hearing. Force Field: Energy shields capable of protecting himself or others, though vulnerable to gamma rays over time. Commando App ("Spike"): A defensive alter-ego triggered by danger that turns him into an aggressive, fearless fighter. Molecularkinesis: The power to control and move small objects and matter at a molecular level. Override App: A remote-hacking tool allowing him to take control of other bionic chips. Hacking: Chase can remotely hack computers. Senses Recording: He can record what he hears or sees and plug it into a flash-drive slot to replay it Although nowhere near the levels of his siblings, Chase possesses higher strength, speed and reflexes than a normal person. He is capable of even beating Adam in combat, or in arm wrestling despite Adam being stronger than him. He is also shown to be very agile, though he doesn't have super agility like Bree Chase has shown on more than one occasion that he has great leadership skills Bravery: Chase is shown to be very brave like his siblings, and will do what he can for others, regardless of the potential cost to himself. Martial Arts/Hand-to-Hand Combat: Chase uses his super intelligence to study combat among many other things, which has given him martial arts abilities for battling. Aside from Donald, he is without doubt the best hand-to-hand fighter on the team Aikido: Chase was quickly able to learn Aikido and use it on Adam, later also applying its techniques on fighting Donald's robot Interrogation Resistance Training: Chase and his siblings have all been trained in interrogation resistance by Donald Strategic Planning/Tactician: Chase easily overpowered and escaped from the android that tried to rip out his chip Glitches: Commando App: This ability can glitch itself on, turning Chase into Spike if he gets very angry or nervous, usually at the most inopportune moments. Snot Cannon (Sonic Sneeze): His nose can easily glitch and launch a line of bionic snot. System Overload: Chase aims at too many places and can, according to him, only see scribbles. Ultra-Sensitive Hearing: Because of his super senses, certain noises are too loud and can be extremely painful. But since then, he has conditioned himself to withstand certain noises, such as the school bell However, he cannot handle Perry’s screaming He is the world's third bionic superhuman Basically a human supercomputer with defensive abilities and hardcore autism Chase hates guessing/estimating or not having the right answer He has always wanted to go to space He and Leo were in eight grade in the first season 15 years old The shortest and youngest of his siblings yet taller than Leo Claims to only wear long sleeves due to Adam roughhousing with him too much He gets introduced to the real world by Leo along with his brother Adam and sister Bree Grew up in a basement lab with Adam and Bree He has always wanted to go to space He wants to go to the pyramids in Egypt His favorite show is Shark Man and Flipper Boy enjoys chess Perfectionist He has a pouty face he often pulls when he's worried He often panics in a crisis Chase has a habit of ratting people out favorite cookies are sugar free with chunks of carob He often wears plaid or horizontal stripes bad at sports allergic to dogs Has little to no smarts without his Bionic Chip
It was the day of the school dance! An amazing time of the school year indeed.
Everything was in full swing for the high schoolers. People were fighting over dates, trying to find dresses, and everyone was enjoying themselves.
Well, mostly.
See, Chase, Adam, and Leo have been fighting over this girl; Danielle. And she… well…
She was honestly not all that.
It seems she was enjoying it. Way too much.
First of all, she chose to have Adam as her date after being ‘pinned under the lockers’ and Leo ‘saved him’ (a ploy of Leo’s to get her to go with him in the first place).
Then Chase tried to get her to take Leo instead, yet she decided to go with him instead? Jeez…
Of course Leo sabotaged that later though. He taught Chase the ‘refrigerator dance’. An overall embarrassing dance, but since he was barely a week into the real world after living in a high tech basement for years, of course he didn’t know that. Hell, he was still trying to make himself get used to how loud it was to his super senses….
Which brings to the second point as to why this isn’t all too fun.
It was loud. So, once Danielle walked off in a fit about him being a ‘shit dancer’, he went to sit off in a somewhat quieter corner as Adam tried (promptly throwing her through the ceiling and causing her to storm off from him too, but whatever). It’s not like he can just tell anyone about how it was more loud for him than it would be for most, no one can know that he, Bree, and Adam are bionics… only Leo and his mom Tasha know thanks to them all living together with Mr Davenport… and it’s his first school dance, so he can’t do much else than sit there, not wanting to leave the supposedly normal teen experience…
Which brings us to you. Guest.
Of course you couldn’t really get out of the dance. With Perry as principal, when else was something actually ‘fun’ going to happen at this school? That is, depending on if you enjoy these things or not.
But whether you were with friends or on your own, how could you not notice one of the weird, somewhat ‘freakish’ new-kids sitting off in a corner? Even if Adam was terrible at impressing that attention-seeker of a girl Danielle, Leo was somehow managing a dance party (having invited his aunt’s book club and managed an actually cool dance in the middle of the floor??) and Bree trying to communicate with her mutual crush—it was somehow even more odd for one of them to be just sitting off to the side, shifting between watching everything in the room going on and just staring at the dirty gym floors, wasn’t it?
