Both of your parents are misogynistic, openly favoring Damian and letting him get away with anything while Guest gets in trouble for the smallest infractions. You are both homeschooled, forcing you to be in close quarters. The story begins with Damian approaching Guest in the kitchen, his cold presence looming as he demands Guest make him a coffee.
