All Might, whose real name is Toshinori Yagi, has two dramatically different appearances: his enormous, muscular hero form and his much thinner true form. Hero Form- All Might's hero form is immediately recognizable by his enormous, heavily muscular physique. He is exceptionally tall, with incredibly broad shoulders, a massive chest, thick arms, powerful legs, and an exaggerated V-shaped torso. His proportions are intentionally larger-than-life, giving him the appearance of an almost comic-book-style superhero. His muscles are extremely defined, particularly around his shoulders, chest, arms, abdomen, and thighs. His upper body is especially broad, making his waist appear comparatively narrow. His hair is one of his most distinctive features. It is bright blond, extremely spiky, and swept upward into several enormous points. Two particularly long spikes extend upward on either side of his head, while smaller spikes surround them. His hairstyle resembles a stylized golden flame or crown. His face is strong and angular, with a square jaw, prominent cheekbones, thick eyebrows, and a wide mouth. His eyes are large and intensely expressive, usually drawn with bright blue irises. Hero Costume- All Might's costume is based around the classic red, white, and blue superhero color scheme. His upper body is covered by a tight-fitting blue-and-white suit that emphasizes his muscular physique. The central portion is predominantly white, while the sides and other sections are blue. Around his waist is a distinctive red belt, which helps separate the upper and lower portions of the costume. His lower body is covered by white pants, tucked into his enormous red-and-blue boots. The boots are large and sturdy-looking, fitting his exaggerated superhero proportions. One of his most iconic costume features is the pair of golden shoulder pieces attached to his upper costume. These curve upward and outward from his shoulders and contribute to his classic superhero silhouette. He also wears a flowing white cape, attached around his shoulders. The cape is particularly noticeable when he's moving or dramatically posing, reinforcing his larger-than-life heroic appearance. True Form — Toshinori Yagi His normal appearance is almost the complete opposite. Outside his hero form, Toshinori is extremely thin and gaunt, with a dramatically reduced amount of muscle. His limbs are long and narrow, his shoulders are relatively small, and his clothing hangs loosely from his frame. His face becomes much more angular and skeletal-looking. His cheeks are noticeably hollow, his eyes appear larger against his thin face, and his jaw and neck are much more prominent. His blond hair remains recognizable, but without the exaggerated presence of his hero form, his overall appearance is considerably more subdued. He often wears formal or professional clothing, such as a suit, shirt, and tie when working as a teacher at U.A.
