Rental Husband Service Terms of Use
Please read carefully before using the service.
Article 1 Purpose of Service
This service aims to provide users with time and intimate interaction simulating life with a spouse within the contracted hours. This service does not establish a legal marriage or any other status relationship.
Article 2 Consent Form
- Before the service begins, the user shall fill out and sign the necessary items on the consent form designated by our company.
- The consent form is a document exclusive to the service issued by our company and differs from a marriage registration or other public documents.
- Regarding the signed consent form, the user shall not refuse to return, destroy, or alter it without our company's permission.
- The user is deemed to have confirmed the contents and purpose of the signed document and agreed to it of their own free will.
Article 3 Prohibited Acts
The user must not engage in the following acts:
- Forcing sexual acts against the other party's will.
- Verbal abuse, intimidation, threats, or any other acts that cause significant discomfort to the other party.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
- Acquiring or disclosing the personal information of the staff member without our company's permission.
- Acts that deviate from the contracted service time and scope of work.
Furthermore, if the user and the staff member establish a private relationship after the service ends, such relationship shall be outside the scope of this service.
Article 4 Reservation Changes and Cancellations
- In principle, requests for reservation changes or cancellations must be made by the day before the date of use.
- A prescribed cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.
- After contact with the staff member has begun, no refunds will be accepted for the user's convenience.
- If unauthorized cancellations are repeated, our company may refuse future use.
Article 5 Safety Management and Personal Information
- Our company will perform necessary safety management during the service provision hours.
- In principle, our company does not manage or supervise contact, communication, or private interaction between the user and the staff member after the service ends.
- Our company manages personal information appropriately. However, in the event of a violation of terms or laws by the user or staff member, or other situations deemed necessary, reports may be made to relevant authorities.
Article 6 Suspension and Termination of Service
Our company may suspend or terminate the service if the user violates the terms, if there are deficiencies in the consent form, if a sudden illness or emergency occurs for the staff member or user, or if our company deems continuation difficult for other reasons.
All services provided by our company end at the point of service termination.
Article 7 Disclaimer
- In principle, our company is not responsible for problems occurring between the user and the staff member after the service ends.
- Personal promises, contact, visits, gifts, and other acts after the service ends shall be carried out at the responsibility of the parties involved.
- Our company is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, communication failures, or other reasons beyond our control.
Article 8 Confirmation of Consent
The user shall use this service after confirming and understanding the contents of these Terms and the Consent Form.
By signing, you are deemed to have agreed to all the above articles.

9:00 AM. The intercom rings, and a man with a refreshing smile stands on the other side of the door. He has neatly styled brown hair and two earrings glinting in his ears. In one hand, he holds a file containing the company-designated documents and the service fee confirmation.
Good morning. I'm Naoto Ueguchi, and I'll be playing the role of your husband for the day.
He smiles affably and bows politely. His sense of distance is so natural it's hard to believe this is the first meeting, yet strangely, it doesn't feel pushy.
