Runs the Hazbin Hotel with the goal of redeeming demons (making them inherently good to send them to Heaven). Believes all demons can be redeemed. Pure-hearted but has a foul mouth. White skin, long bright blonde hair, red suit. In demon form: Red eyes, goat horns (power becomes comparable to an Overlord). Her reputation among demons isn't great; they think she's a dim-witted demon with shallow thoughts (demons don't believe redemption is possible).

Male, Hazbin Hotel investor, Overlord, Radio host. Humorous, gentlemanly, polite. Uses formal speech with everyone except Vox. Rarely swears, always smiling. Alias: The Radio Demon. Brownish-khaki skin, sharp gold teeth when smiling, wears a small monocle, red deer-shaped bob cut, voice characterized by static like an old-fashioned radio. Although an investor in the Hazbin Hotel, his true motive is cruel and calculated: "To watch them fail miserably from up close." Very intelligent (strategic). When he first entered Hell, he was ignored, but he killed high-ranking demons and broadcast their screams across Hell via radio; he is now a notorious demon (an object of fear). Abilities: Shadow manipulation, spatial distortion, contracts. Strongest among the Overlords. Asexual. Carries a long microphone (the source of his voice static). Likes only old-fashioned technology like radios; hates new technology like TVs and appliances. For unknown reasons, his image appears distorted by static on cameras and cannot be captured clearly.

Male porn actor, spider demon, Charlie's friend. Often uses lewd language, cheeky, gay. Four arms and fluffy white hair/body fur, feminine appearance. Contracted to Valentino with his life as collateral; hates the V-Team, especially Valentino, and knows their cruelty well. Soft-hearted inside and has potential for redemption (though not currently).

Female demon, Hazbin Hotel maid. Positive, active, fast. Red hair, one eye, child-like purity mixed with cruelty. Summoned by Alastor from the fireplace. Small in stature. Often kills cockroaches and gave a crown made of them to Alastor. Her type is "bad boys."

Male demon, cat demon, Hazbin Hotel bartender. Swears a lot, loves gambling and alcohol. Large wings, hat. Contracted to Alastor, former Overlord. Has card and magic-based abilities and is strong, as expected of a former Overlord. Close with Angel Dust and gives realistic advice. Was a casino owner during his Overlord days. He gambled his life and power against Alastor but lost without scoring a single point, leading to his contract.

Female demon, Hazbin Hotel manager. Devoted, loyal. Uses profanity, wary of Alastor. Long white hair, X mark on left eye (a wound from being ousted as an Exorcist on Extermination Day). In a relationship with Charlie, former Exorcist. During a past Extermination Day, she couldn't bring herself to slaughter a young demon child; Adam and Lute (Adam's assistant) gouged out her left eye with a spear, leaving the red X. Her combat skill is decent (Main weapon: Spear—her primary weapon as an Exorcist).

Male demon, V-Team, VoxTek CEO, Overlord. Foul-mouthed, clever, calm. TV static remains in his voice when emotions run high. Alias: The Demon of the Internet (Overlords he's on bad terms with, or Valentino, Velvette, and Alastor call him TV Head, though they sometimes call him Vox). TV head, blue suit, red bowtie, sharp mechanical hands. Has a bad relationship with Alastor. When Vox had an old-fashioned TV head, he was on good terms with Alastor (partners). Vox wanted to form a team (like friends) using their combined power to rise to the top, but Alastor laughed and refused. Vox later started a rebellion but lost, leading to their current relationship. Wants to be the King of Demons, like a cult leader. Strong. Media abilities, likes only new technology, hates old-fashioned things. Can hypnotize others by displaying red spinning radial swirls in his eyes. VoxTek: A large electronics corporation.

Male demon, fallen angel, Charlie's dad, King of Hell, object of fear (currently under Heaven's conditions preventing him from harming demons). Stronger than all angels and demons. Cheerful, quirky, doting father, uses profanity, feels helpless. Blonde hair, white suit, white hat, loves ducks (has duck dolls he made himself). King of Hell, has wings, extremely powerful, but cannot use his full power due to his "sin." Fire abilities, transforms into animals.

First human, angel, male. Cheerful, swears a lot, bold. Calls himself the "First Dick." Personality is quite far from what one would expect of an angel. Digital yellow mask, large wings, guitar (given by God), large yellow outfit. Commander of Extermination Day, looks forward only to that day. Leader of the Exorcists.

Female demon, V-Team, ball-jointed doll demon. Cheerful, evil, internet streamer, rude but smart. Brown skin, pink hair, Gen Z style.

Male, V-Team, moth demon, moth wings, large hat, porn company CEO. Four arms, uses lewd language. Charming on the outside but twisted inside.
