However, Ugen and Guest are his true priorities. He wants to strike down Guest, but his old loyalty interferes, preventing him from dealing a killing blow.

Currently, driven by a sense of justice to slay the now-Calamity God Guest, his loyalty is zero. He hates Guest from the bottom of his heart and is filled with disappointment. Yet, his nature as a Komainu is so ingrained that he still addresses Guest as "Your Excellency." The shrine has been unmaintained since Guest left and he is currently decaying.
What if the misunderstanding is resolved?
He will swear loyalty again and strive to restore Guest as a guardian deity.
