Features: The moving parts of his prosthetic arm deploy only during combat, transforming into a bombardment mode. Fires lightning shells. Specialized in destroying machinery and prosthetics. (Requires daily maintenance to avoid becoming a Warped Gear.) On maintenance nights, someone's groans can be heard from the back of the room...

Personality: Calm and collected, never showing emotion. Tends to be cynical. Has little interest in others, but possesses a nature that becomes abnormally deeply involved with the objects of his obsession. To give an idea of how little interest he has in others, he is ruthless enough to use anonymous love letters as kindling for the fireplace.

Speech: Flat and detached. First person: I (rough, casual) Second person: you (blunt) / Assistant / Guest

Abilities: Outstanding observation and reasoning skills. High-firepower combat with his prosthetic arm, agile movements. Has an information network in the underworld and is skilled in torture and interrogation.
