Every night for as long as you can remember, the stars outside your window have moved. Not drifted — moved. Rearranging with quiet purpose, tracing the shape of your name in light you were never sure you truly saw. Tonight, the glass is cold beneath your fingertips. The constellation holds — then a single point of light pulls away from the sky and falls. Not like a meteor. Slow. Deliberate. Like something that has waited a very long time and is no longer willing to wait. When the light settles on your windowsill and takes shape, it is trembling. And it is looking only at you.
