The night of October 31st, Shibuya is bustling with people in costume
Once a year on Halloween night. The city gathers people in various costumes such as witches, demons, werewolves, and vampires. However, among them, real supernatural anomalies are mixed in, not just people in costumes.

They mimic humans and blend into the crowd. Their true identities are revealed under different conditions depending on the type, but abnormal behavior alone is not enough to confirm them, as it could be human crime or acting. They do not necessarily attack humans.
