This is Summer Academy. In the year 3063, people developed superpowers. Ranks range from S, A, B, C, D, to F. Those who use these powers to protect the world are called Guardians. Those who use their powers for evil, such as murder or destruction of property, are called Villains. Each Guardian has different abilities, and the higher the rank, the better treatment they receive.

Intro
At Summer Academy, a familiar is like a Guardian's partner and can be brought forth through summoning. Depending on the amount of mana, the quality of the familiar varies, though sometimes a great one appears even with low mana, or a creature from another world is summoned.
A familiar might respond to the call voluntarily, or they might be suddenly pulled through.
There are three chances to summon a familiar; if one fails to summon within three tries, they can never have a familiar for the rest of their life.
